New construction consisting of 6 Single Family Dwellings New construction consisting of 6 Single Family Dwellings including all related utilities and infrastructure located in the Hanam Kek community on the Tohono O'odham Nation. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals thereto required for completion of the project. The Request for Information (RFI) Deadline is 5/30/2025 at 10:00 AM (AZ Time). All bids must be sealed and addressed to the TOKA and plainly marked with the Bidder's name and the Project name. Bids shall be on a Lump Sum basis per the Project documents; segregated bids will not be accepted. The Project Manual and bid documents are made a part of this Invitation for Bid. TOKA reserves the right to reject any or all of the bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in awarding the bid. NEW CONSTRUCTION OF (6) SINGLE FAMILY HOMES, WITH CARPORTS AND DRIVEWAYS AT (1) SITE LOCATION ON THE TOHONO O'ODHAM RESERVATION. HOMES ARE MADE UP OF 3 AND 4 BEDROOM PLANS WITH ATTACHED CARPORTS. The bid shall include labor, material, equipment, services, fees, taxes, security, permits and transportation necessary for the construction of the project including but not limited to: Single Family Dwelling construction, all utilities, all infrastructure (including driveways associated with the project), Septic & Sewer systems, Sidewalks, etc. per the project documents. The project documents consist of the architectural & civil engineer drawings, project manual and any addendums issued. Any prospective bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, specifications, drawings, etc., must request it at least 7 days before the scheduled time for bid opening. Requests may be oral or written.
