Site work for a water / sewer project in Juneau, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This Project consists of demolition and disposal of existing timber boarding floats, steel pipe piles and pile frame, salvage and reinstallation of existing steel pipe pile, kiosk extension, installation of new pile hoop and deck boards, steel pipe piles and pile caps, aluminum gangway and catwalks, float leveling billets, concrete abutment slab, protected species observation, and other miscellaneous improvements. Prospective bidders intending to participate shall email contracts@juneau.gov by 4:30 p.m., May 9, 2025. ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE RANGE: Between $1,250,000 and $1,500,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
