Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Project consists of but not limited to: Building 18 will be demolished in its entirety, and in its place construction of the proposed new 3,600 SF single-story, wood-framed Community Building. Replacement of existing Federal Pacific Electric (FPE) electrical panel loadcenter components (retrofit) within apartments of Buildings 1 thru 17. Replacement of existing FPE main distribution panels and related equipment within Buildings 1 thru 17; Buildings 31 thru 42; and 44 thru 50. Replacement of existing apartment electrical feeders with 100A/3W within Buildings 31 thru 42; and 44 thru 50. Replacement of existing apartment electrical feeders with 125A/3W within Buildings 1 thru 17. Replacement of underground electrical feeds at Buildings 1 thru 17. Upgrading of the fire alarm (smoke/CO) system in all apartment buildings. Provide new bathroom exhaust systems in all apartments, within Buildings 1 thru 17. Provide new 50amp/2 pole breakers, receptacles, and branch circuiting for future electric cooking ranges in all apartments, of all apartment buildings. Upgrading of sanitary sewage and groundwater sump pump systems in Buildings 15 through 17, and Buildings 37 through 49.
