The primary user of this contract will be the Bureau of Architecture and Engineering, Architectural Services Division; however, other Departments and/or Divisions may utilize the contract. MWBE Goals. This contract incorporates new Minority Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) and Workforce Goal requirements, as required by Ordinance No. 2018-54. 1.4.1 This contract has a 30% MWBE Goal consisting of 15% M and 15% W. 1.4.2 This contract has Workforce Goals of 20% M and 6.9% W. 1.4.3 Details about MWBE and Workforce Goals and contract requirements to meet these goals, as specified herein are located on Section 25. Bidder shall complete, sign and submit MWBE Forms along with Bid Proposal. If Bidder fail to complete and sign any required form(s), the Bidder's Proposal will not be read or considered (See Appendix B). 3.1 The contract(s) shall be in effect beginning on date of award and ending on May 31, 2026. 3.2 The City may extend the contract under the same terms and conditions for up to three (3) additional years in increments of one (1) year or less, provided such extension is mutually agreeable. 3.3 The Margin Amount in dollars is a flat rate add-on to whatever hourly rate is paid.
