Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a transportation facility in Lititz, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for outdoor lighting for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.

This project includes the rehabilitation of Lancaster Airport's airfield electrical system including lighting, the vault, and the circuitry. LED fixtures will replace all older equipment. Taxiway signage will be updated as well as the Airport Lighting Control & Monitoring System. The scope of the project includes the following items: o Replace all airfield lights, signs, and cables o Provide new conduit where necessary o Update the circuit layout such that all major pieces of airfield equipment can connect to the emergency generator o Replace airfield electrical vault equipment o Provide roof repairing to the existing vault building o Replace airfield lighting control system o Install overhead lighting at terminal apron o Replace airport beacon fixture. All alternates must be bid. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of not less than five (5) percent of the total amount bid. A Contract Performance Bond and a Contract Payment Bond each equal to 100 percent of the Contract Price will be required for the successful Contractor In accordance with 49 CFR Part 26, a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal for this project has been set at 6.43%. All DBE firms used to meet this goal must be certified by the Pennsylvania Unified Certification Program (PA UCP).
