Site work for a civil project in Lititz, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project generally includes the following work items: extension of existing 4" diameter domestic water line to new hangar complex site; extension of existing 12" diameter fire line to new hangar complex site; replacement of existing 2" diameter sewer with proposed 4" diameter PVC forcemain, extended to new hangar complex site; installation of new sanitary sewer pump station and water booster pump station with meters, if required; maintenance and protection of traffic measures required to facilitate the work described above. All bids must be accompanied by a Proposal Surety (Bid Bond or other instrument as described in the Instructions to Bidders) in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Copies of the Contract Documents and Bid Forms will be available for download at no cost. No hard copies of the plans and specifications will be provided. Bidders are responsible for checking the specified website for all project updates including all Addenda to bid documents.
