Electronic submission of sealed bids is invited for the Cocalico Tributary Stream Restoration at Pump Station 18 Stream Restoration Construction via the PennBid Program. Bids must be submitted electronically and will be publicly opened electronically with results available on PennBid. The full Advertisement for Bids, bidding instructions, and Project bid documents will be available at no cost via PennBid. The right is reserved to waive informalities or defects in a bid to the extent permitted under Pennsylvania Law and to reject any or all bids or parts thereof. Question Deadline 05/14/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing The Work covered by these specifications is located along approximately 2,545 linear feet of an unnamed tributary to Cocalico Creek. The work includes mobilization, selective site demolition, erosion and sediment controls, flow diversion, and removal of accumulated sediment to create a functional floodplain area with a baseflow channel that runs from Picnic Woods Road and ties to the existing channel at the downstream extents of the Reiff Property. Log sill grade control structures will be installed to provide grade control across the restored system. The restored area will be planted as specified in the Drawings to provide native riparian buffer habitat.
