Bids for the construction of the Pump Station No. 1 Improvements Project for Warwick Township Municipal Authority will be received electronically via the PennBid Program. All project documents are available at no cost via the PennBid Program. There is a mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project at the Warwick Township Building. Bids will not be accepted from bidders who do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference. Bid security in the amount of 10% of the total bid shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Warwick Township Municipal Authority reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received. Question Deadline 07/17/2026 at 5:00 PM ET Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents via online. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Estimated Contract Value: Contract 1 (General) = $480,000; Contract 2 (HVAC) = $60,000; Contract 3 (Electrical) = $210,000 The Project includes the following Work: Replacement of the existing duplex pumping system, pump control panel,soft starters, automatic transfer switch, and emergency diesel generator. Wet well rehabilitation and lining, and facility improvements, including a new gas monitoring system, electrical wiring, and HVAC ventilation system upgrades.
