Renovation of a municipal facility in Asheville, North Carolina. Working plans call for the renovation of a 10-story above grade municipal facility.

The renovation project involves selective demolition and upgrades to architectural finishes, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire sprinkler systems to the Buncombe County Courthouse. The bulk of work will consist of renovating selective stacked restrooms from ground level to tenth floor. Working locations will be replaced to match existing conditions and surrounding finishes. Mechanical work includes upgrading selective equipment and piping. Electrical work consists of re-using existing light fixtures, replacing wall switches and reconnecting new mechanical equipment to existing circuits. Electrical will utilize existing gear. Buncombe County Courthouse Project is anticipated to begin 1st Quarter of 2026.
