A. The project includes mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and control systems work, along with post-installation commissioning and maintenance. B. The bidder is responsible for conducting any necessary pre-bid inspections, mobilizations, and for completing the scope of work in coordination with the City's designated project manager. C. The bidder shall supply all labor, materials, and equipment to perform the full renovation and upgrade of the Spray Ground system. This is not an inclusive description and is not limited to renovation of existing spray ground which should include all components for a fully operational and code compliant system per plans attached to this IFB. D. Construction of the Spray Ground in accordance with Aquatic Studio Inc. Plans Dated 02/27/2025 should include but not limited to the following: 1) Demolition 2) Pump replacement and modification a. Spray Ground display pump motor change b.
