REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR SOLAR ENERGY CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS ON A PERFORMANCE CONTRACTING BASIS Anchor Bay School District is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified contractors to design, install and potentially monitor/maintain a solar installation on the roof of Anchor Bay High School. Each and every bid shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner or any employee of the firm submitting the bid and the Superintendent Anchor Bay School District or any member of the Board of Education. Proposals are to be presented in accordance with the RFP specifications. Bidders shall provide bid security in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the proposed contract amount as set forth in the RFP.
