Site Address: 616 Hiawatha Drive The Village of Carol Stream, Illinois will receive Sealed Bids for a Public Works Construction contract that will construct an educational space between the Carol Stream Public Library and the recently completed Klein Creek Streambank Stabilization project. The work will consist of placing decorative concrete adjacent to an existing retaining wall, instal-lation of a decorative railing on said retaining wall, and the procurement and installation of various custom steel elements. To provide the Village with sufficient time to review, the required documentation shall be emailed to Engineering Services@carolstream.org. no later than 1:00 PM CDT on Friday, May 9, 2025. A Bid Bond in an amount equal to five percent of the Bid amount must accompany each Bid. Est. Value: $ 325,000.00 Pre-Qualification: Yes
