The Carol Stream Park District is seeking the services from a qualified contractor for construction services to furnish all materials and perform all labor necessary to remove existing gravel lot section, place fill and plantings on a portion of the District Red Hawk Parcel located south of St. Charles Road in Carol Stream as represented in the plans provided as part of this invitation to bid. Questions: Questions about the Bid Documents must be e-mailed to Shane Hamilton at Shaneh@csparks.org by 4pm on June 25, 2025. Response to Questions: Answers to questions will be provided to all bidders by 3:30pm, June 26, 2025. Pre-Construction Meeting: TBD - Upon awarding bid. Begin Services: Upon Board approval at the July 14 Board of Commissioners meeting and the contractor receiving Notice To Proceed. Completion Deadline: Substansial completion by October 1, 2025 with 100% completion required by November 1, 2025.
