As of May 27, 2025, project is awarded to Gallagher Asphalt Corporation in the amount of $835,620.09. City/County : Will Resurfacing of Elevator Road. Work includes the removal and replacement of various pipe culverts and backfilling with CLSM. Hot In-Place surface recycling with rejuvenating agent is included, followed with placing a new HMA surface course. Aggregate wedge shoulders, recessed reflective pavement markers, and other items necessary to complete the project. Proposals requiring prequalification of bidders will be issued only to those contractors who are qualified with the Department of Transportation.
