The Citys 14 lift stations are periodically repaired and upgraded as part of the ongoing maintenance program. During FY 2023-24, the design of the rehabilitation of Lift Station Ks improvements was completed and these improvements are scheduled for bid at the end of FY 2023-24. Other stations that are planned for renovations and upgrades include Lift Station D slated for FY2025-26, and Lift Stations A and P scheduled for FY2028-29. Routine upgrades to the lift stations are necessary to improve safety and reliability; all upgrades will conform to Morgan Hills lift stations Utilities Standards. For FY 2024-25, Lift Stations K & F's rehabilitation will be constructed, to include: protective well coatings, new pump assemblies, motor controls, electrical components, and site access improvements. Additionally, there are approximately 3,200' of force main piping connected to Lift Stations K & F that must be replaced, which will improve access to the force mains and replace the existing, failing pipe.
