The work under this Contract includes furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, materials, incidentals, subcontractor coordination, mobilization, demobilization, transportation, and supervision costs including all overhead, profit and any ancillary costs associated with completing the work. The work requires performing mechanical, electrical, and structural repairs, replacements, minor modifications, and safety improvements at the South Treatment Plant. Subcontractors for related trades may be required. The work may be urgent, requiring equipment and personnel to be mobilized on the work site within 24-hours of notification, with continuation of work on a 24-hour basis until complete. Pre-Bid Conference: A Pre-Bid Conference is not scheduled. Apprenticeship Requirements: 15% minimum Apprentice Utilization Requirement of the total labor hours worked during the contract. SCS Utilization Requirements. 15% minimum requirement for King County Certified Small Contractors and Suppliers (SCS) for the total price of all executed Work Orders. Bid Guaranty: Not less than five percent (5%) of the Total Bid Price. Last Date for Questions 5/14/25 05:00:00 PM Bids received after Bid Close Date/Time will not be considered. Bidders accept all risks of late delivery, regardless of fault. King County is not responsible for any costs incurred in response to this Invitation to Bid.
