Work Consists Of but is Not Limited to the Grinding and Grading of Old Pavement, Hauling of Base Material, Placement of 3" Inches of New Wma Pavement and Shouldering. The Town of Bass Lake Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any Or All Proposals in Part or Whole or to Accept the Proposal(S) Deemed Most Advantageous to the Town of Bass Lake and to Waive Any Irregularities in the Proposed Process. Certificate of Insurance and W-9 is Required From Successful Proposal.
