Site work and paving for a civil project in Trenton, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
SCOPE OF WORK to be performed under this improvement shall generally consist of replacing 31 water service lines from the main to new meter pits, milling 4-1/2" of existing asphalt and base and resurfacing with 3" of asphalt base and 1 1/2 " of asphalt surface course on E. Aberdeen Drive in Trenton, Ohio. The Engineer's opinion of construction cost of the work is $532,077. Est. Completion Date: Oct. 31, 2025. EACH BIDDER is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty (10% of the Bid Amount) and Contract Bond (100% of the Bid Amount) in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. THE ABOVE IMPROVEMENT shall be in accordance with the Contract Documents. The City of Trenton reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with the Contract Documents. The City of Trenton reserves the right to add to or to subtract from the contract quantities. The City of Trenton also reserves the right to hold all proposals for thirty (30) days.
