All work associated with the renovation and alteration to First Floor Classroom 125, Innovation Lab including removal and replacement of flooring, removal and replacement of acoustical ceiling tile, removal of low partition, electrical modifications, painting and installation of salvaged and new materials as indicated on the construction documents. Bidder must provide Bid Security in the amount and form, per the terms indicated in Section Instructions to Bidders. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for forty-five (45) days following the receipt of Bids. The Owner may, in its sole discretion, reject any Bid and return Bid Security prior to that date. Bids shall not include New York State sales and compensating use taxes on materials and supplies incorporated into the Work, as the Owner being exempt therefrom. Bidders must comply with New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rate Schedule and conditions of employment. This project is publicly funded.
