Tenant improvement of existing 4,500 sf office including but not limited to: - Demolition of lighting, exhaust grills. - Demolition of existing exterior window. - Demolition of select interior walls. - Demolition of toilets, partitions, stall accessories, sink, finishes. - Protect and salvage existing sink, mirrors, accessories for reinstallation. - Existing floor tile to remain - patch and repair. - Installation of new ceiling and lighting. - Installation of two shower areas. - Installation of new toilets, toilet accessories, exhaust fans and new finishes. - Installation of salvaged sink, mirrors. - Installation of new laundry area with new stackable washer/dryer and side by side washer/dryer and new utility sink and accessories. Coordinate with all existing utilities. - Protection of existing building elements, dust mitigation and ensuring minimal-to-no impact to RID operations throughout the work area. - Removal and disposal of all project related debris.
