The overall goal for all bids (inclusive of all additive and deductive alternates) is 25% (twentyfive percent) participation of the contract value for this contract for M/WBE subcontractors and suppliers. This project consists of remove and replace 14 existing air compressors and associated dryers in Phases 2, 3, 4, and 5 of the West and North-South Buildings. Work also includes replace the existing chilled water fan coil unit, remove existing exhaust fans and associated intake louvers, provide additional receiver tanks to aid in providing clean compressed air to the floor outlets, connect new air compressors to existing BAS system, upgrade power connections, replace and upsize compressed air piping. The buildings are considered as occupied and active spaces, which must always remain operational.
