Certain Federal and State requirements govern work on the project(s) including, but not limited to payment of prevailing wages, non-discrimination in hiring and employment, and minority and women business enterprise utilization, all of which are more fully described in the contract documents. RACF reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding process. Bids may be held by RACF for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the opening. If requested, a hard copy of the Contract Documents may be mailed for an additional charge of $10 for postage and handling.
