Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Delran, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The project scope will consist of the following: o Demolition, Expansion, and Reconstruction of the Brick Office area at the front of the Structure. o Removal and Replacement of the Insulated Wall Panels o Removal and Replacement of the Existing Metal Roof Panels Bid Notes Bidders must read the important notices provided below: PRE-BID CONFERENCE: NONE To insure that a Payment and Performance Bond will be provided as required by the Contract Documents, a Certificate from a Surety Company to provide a Payment and Performance Bond (Consent of Surety) is required. This Consent of Surety must be submitted to the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Burlington along with the Contractor's bid submission using the form provided in Section 430 of Division 0 of this Solicitation. Bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check in the amount of 5% of the bidand shall be made payable to the Burlington County Treasurer. Bidders submit a copy of the bid guarantee online as part of the electronic bid submission. Additionally, the bidder must mail or deliver the original bid guarantee to the County. The Contractor shall provide a maintenance bond during the warranty period in accordance with the requirements outlined in Article 11 INSURANCE AND BONDS of the Supplementary General Conditions. The Consent of Surety must be drawn to the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Burlington in the amount equal to 100% of the Contractor's bid amount. A Power of Attorney appointing the person signing the form as Attorney-in-Fact must also be attached to the form and submitted with the Contractor's bid submission. The Consent of Surety must be valid for a period of no less than ninety (90) days from the date of bid opening. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq and N.J.A.C. 17: 27-1 et seq. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: $3,000 Per Calendar Day Trades Required: o General Construction o Plumbing o Electrical o Mechanical o Structural Steel All solicitations are subject to change. Bidders are advised to check the County's eProcurement system periodically for any future addenda, revisions, etc. prior to the opening date. CONTRACT TIME: 9 Months from Notice to Proceed Question Deadline 05/12/2025 at 5:00 PM ET All questions must be submitted at online.
