The State of Florida, Department of Management Services ("DMS" or "Department") Division of Real Estate Development and Management is issuing this Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") from Construction Management (CM) at Risk firms for the project referenced herein. The selected CM must demonstrate they can bring multiple qualified and competitive subcontractors to all related construction trades for successful project delivery. The CM must be capable of supplying workers that meet Florida Department of Law Enforcement criminal history background checks. A CM submitting a response shall be required to have an individual who is a licensed contractor pursuant to the licensing requirements of section 489.113, Florida Statutes. All firms submitting a response must provide a letter of intent from a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Florida on its letterhead, indicating their willingness to provide a 100% Payment and Performance Bonds in the amount of $7,500,000.00 per project. Question Deadline 05/13/2025 at 5:00 PM ET Any questions from prospective firms concerning the RFQ shall be submitted in writing, identifying the firm, to the Construction Procurement Liaison by email at REDMProcurement@dms.fl.gov . All questions and answers/changes to the RFQ will be provided in writing and posted on Anticipated posting of answers to questions posted to online By 5:00 PM 05/20/2025 Anticipated pre-construction start date. 08/12/2025 The Department reserves the right to modify this RFQ by issuing addenda. Addenda may modify any aspect of this RFQ.
