Clay County is requesting quotes from qualified cleaning contractors to provide cleaning services for the following location: 334 Gano Avenue Orange Park, FL 32073 Question Submission Deadline:July 23, 2025, 4:30pm The scope of work shall include, but not limited to: Clean, sanitize, and eliminate any residual signs of pest infestation after extermination. Open Windows and Doors: Allow fresh air to circulate by opening all windows and doors in the treated areas. Ventilate for several hours or as recommended by the pest control company, especially if the treatment involved strong chemicals. Inspect the treated areas for dead roaches, egg casings, droppings, and damage caused by the infestation. Use a vacuum with a HEPA filter to remove dead roaches, droppings, and egg casings from all surfaces. Bag and seal all debris in heavy-duty trash bags, and dispose of it per local guidelines. Scrub all surfaces thoroughly, including floors, countertops, walls, and inside cabinets. Pay close attention to cracks, corners and dark spaces where roaches tend to hide. Move and clean underneath and behind appliances like stoves, fridges, and microwaves, as these areas often harbor roach debris. Sanitize all surfaces with an EPA-approved disinfectant to remove bacteria, viruses and allergens left by the roaches. The County reserves the right to make an award either in part or completely, and/or to accept the bid that, in its judgment, will be in the best interest of the County; providing best value to the County with price, technical, and other applicable factors considered.
