Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Roofing Services as described herein: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, travel, and incidentals necessary to repair and/or replace two (2) Caltrans roofs. 2.
