Renovation of an educational facility in Moorpark, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project calls for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals necessary for the demolition, removal, and replacement of ten package rooftop heat pumps, ducting, condensation piping and controls. Contractor shall furnish and install, make operable, and tell all systems and mechanical equipment shown on the plans and described in the specifications and contract documents. See attached technical specs for full details of the work. The Deadline for Questions is 5:00pm, Tuesday, 06/24/25. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by: (a) the required Bid Security; not less than 10% of the maximum amount of Bid Proposal inclusive of add-on or alternates, (b) Subcontractors List, (c) Non-Collusion Affidavit, and (d) Statement of Bidder's Qualifications, all of which must be fully executed. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid proposal or in the bidding.
