The project is funded through the REAP 2.0 Housing Infill on Public and Private Land (HIPP) program administered by SCAG. Questions regarding this addendum may be directed to Doug Spondello at Dspondello@moorparkca.gov. Additional requests for clarification or correction must be received no later than noon (PST) on May 14, 2025. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. RFP date description: Proposals must consist of two separate records as listed in the RFP: 1) "Technical Proposal for Downtown Specific Plan Update"; and 2) "Cost Proposal for Downtown Specific Plan Update".
