Quotations that fail to meet the mandatory technical requirements will be rejected General upgrades to wall and floor finishes, doors and frames, millwork, ceilings, lighting and minor electrical and plumbing are required within six classrooms and labs on the Kingston Campus. Work may take place upon award of the contract and is to be completed by August 22, 2025. The College is relying on the Tenderer to identify any materials that will prevent the project from being completed within this period and propose appropriate alternatives prior to RFI closing. Submissions to this RFT must include a project schedule in Gantt Chart or other similar format demonstrating that the specified dates can be met. The scope of work will involve interior alterations within six classrooms and labs. The successful Contractor will be responsible for: 1. The interior alterations which include, but are not limited to: supply and installation of new flooring, painting, minor plumbing and electrical, new t-bar ceiling, lighting, millwork, all required furniture and equipment relocations, doors and frames and new door hardware. 2. Providing and maintaining the project schedule, providing a schedule of values, submitting all required shop drawings, leading bi-weekly site meetings and producing meeting minutes for distribution, submitting final as-built drawings, and submitting all warranties and maintenance manuals upon completion of the project.
