Renovation of a multi-residential development in Eunice, Louisiana. Working plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
2024 CFP Modernization Project Reroofing The full amount of deposit for 1 set will be refunded to each prime Bidder who submits a bona fide bid upon return of such set in good condition within 10 days after date of opening bids. All other deposits for complete sets will be refunded with deductions of 50% approximating reproduction and mailing costs upon return of same in good condition within 10 days after date of opening bids. Otherwise, the entire deposit may be retained by the Architect. Partial sets of documents will not be issued. This is a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development assisted project. Contract, if awarded, will be on a lump-sum basis to a Bidder licensed under the provisions of the Contractors Licensing Law of the State of Louisiana. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the time and date of opening. Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of base bid. Both performance and payment bonds will be required in an amount equal to 100 percent of the Contract Price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities.
