Renovation of an educational facility in Eunice, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed bids are solicited for Envelope Repairs and Roof Replacement, Phase 2, Manuel Hall, Louisiana State University Eunice, Eunice, Louisiana. All bids must include bid security of five percent (5.0%) of the total bid (base plus all alternates) in the form specified in the bidding documents. Successful bidders must furnish a Performance and Payment Bond as outlined in the bid documents. Bids are accepted only from contractors licensed in Building Construction under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2192. Bidders must comply with the provisions of LA R.S. 38:2212(B)(5), and no bid may be withdrawn within forty-five (45) days of the bid receipt except as allowed by law. The Owner retains the right to reject any or all bids. Participation in the Small Entrepreneurship (Hudson Initiative) and the Veteran-Owned and Service-Connected Disabled Veteran-Owned (LaVet) Small Entrepreneurships Programs is encouraged.
