Demolish and remove existing buildings 1077A, 1077B, 1179A & 1079B Basic Bid: 1. Scope of work for this project is to demolish and remove existing buildings 1077A, 1077B, 1179A & 1079B; and 1135. Work to include, but not limited to hazardous material abatement; demolition, removal and disposal of the structures; disposal of remaining furniture, equipment, etc., disconnect, cut and cap utilities-including electrical, fire alarm systems; water and sewer connections; paving; and any other associated work as required to complete the project. 2. The University reserves the right at any time if additional funds are available, to add additional work to the project scope during construction. The work may include, but is not limited to, new work, repairs, upgrades, paving, striping, and all work associated with additional work. Any additional work will be within the project limits. Start of Service Date: 08/01/2025 End of Service Date: 03/29/2026 Question Deadline 05/23/2025
