A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Project work includes removal and disposal of existing carpet, wall base, wooden partition walls, and office furniture. Work also includes minor abatement work, temporary relocation and reinstallation of some existing furniture, repaint interior walls, install new carpet tiles and wall base, install new modular systems furniture and furnishings, and minor electrical work on the third floor of the Kalanimoku Building, Room 325. The work shall generally consist of improvements to Division of Forestry and Wildlife office on the third floor level of the Kalanimoku building. Work will include demolition of existing furniture and furnishings, carpet, wall base, and wooden partition walls. In addition, abatement of hazardous materials, testing and monitoring will be required during removal work. Installation of new powered modular systems furniture, furnishings, carpet tile throughout, wall base, repainting interior walls, and electrical work specifically to provide power to the new modular workstations. To be eligible to submit a bid, the Bidder must possess a valid State of Hawaii Contractor's license classification "B".
