Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project is located at Kokee, Kauai, Hawaii. The work shall generally consist of providing cast-in-place concrete walkway and concrete pad at Puu Hinahina Lookout, as quantified on the attached proposal and scope of work. Scope of work shall include, but not limited to providing cast-in-place concrete walkway and concrete pad at Puu Hinahina Lookout and other incidental work. Base Bid: Provide cast-in-place concrete walkway and concrete pad at Puu Hinahina Lookout The award of the contract, if it be awarded, will be subject to the availability of funds. Since the estimated value of the cost of construction is less than $250,000, the apprenticeship agreement preference pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes _103-55.6 (ACT 17, SLH 2009) shall not apply.
