Description The scope of work consists of removing and replacing ceiling acoustic tiles in Terminal 1 and Makai Pier in Gate Holding Areas at Daniel K. Inouye International Airport The estimated cost of construction is between $500,000.00 and $750,000.00. To be eligible for award, bidders shall possess a valid State of Hawaii, General Building Contractor "B" license at the time of bidding. The State reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any defects in said proposals in the best interest of the public. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All Request for Information (RFI) questions and Substitution Requests shall be submitted in HIePRO no later than May 29, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., HST
