The scope of the project is to furnish labor, materials and necessary tools, equipment, personnel and supervision to maintain the Chiller Plant/HVAC System at the University of Hawaii, John A. Burns School of Medicine (JABSOM) as specified herein and in accordance with these specifications, terms and conditions of the contract. Requests for substitutions regarding the IFB and its requirements, must be submitted to the Technical Representative of the Procurement Officer (TRPO), Bruce McClure via E-mail at brucemcc@hawaii.edu no later than May 27, 2025. Contractor's License Requirement To be eligible to bid, bidders must possess a valid State of Hawaii Contractor's license B and C52. BIDS FROM CONTRACTORS NOT LICENSED IN THE STATE OF HAWAII WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. In addition, bidders must either possess or list Subcontractors who possess specialty contractor licenses for the specialty work required for this project. The bidder shall be solely responsible for ensuring that all specialty licenses required to complete the project are covered in its bid. Failure to list all required subcontractors may be grounds for disqualification.
