Description

Renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.

In accordance with Section 103D-304, HRS, the Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism (DBEDT), Foreign-Trade Zone Division seeks the services of a qualified engineering firm to provide Construction Management Services for the Hawaii Foreign-Trade Zone No. 9, Electrical Upgrade, Pier 2, Honolulu. The scope of work for this project includes overall planning, coordination and control of the replacement of the main electrical switchgear at the FTZ Pier 2 facility. Construction Management services are anticipated to be required to begin in 2026 and expected to have a contract completion time of approximately three hundred thirty days (330) days.
