Public Parking Lot Maintenance 2025 Question Deadline 05/16/2025 at 3:00 PM CT Any questions related to the IFB shall be submitted to Paul Feldmann, Purchasing Manager, at paul.feldmann@stcharlescitymo.gov. Scope of Services A. Description: 1. Placement of 1-1/2 type C compacted asphaltic concrete overlay, and re-striping of two (2) public parking lots listed below in downtown St. Charles. Includes 1-1/2 milling of transition joints at edges of asphalt parking lot and crack sealing prior to asphalt overlay. Also includes placement of a wedge/leveling course, if needed, to alleviate irregularities in the parking lot, promote better surface drainage, and improve cross traffic grades. The Contractor shall furnish at its own expense, all labor, vehicles, equipment, tools, fuel, facilities, and any other item necessary to accomplish the work required under the contract. a. Brewery parking lot on the southwest corner of S. Second St. and Water St. (Approximately 2,700 square yards) b. Jefferson St. parking lot on the west side of the 100 block of S. Riverside Dr. between Jefferson St. and Madison St. (Approximately 2,300 square yards)
