Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saint Charles, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

**As of July 30th, 2025, the project is canceled. Project is no longer needed.** The Project work shall include the following description of the work: Paving and grading the proposed parking stalls with approximately 193 square yards of 8 non-reinforced concrete pavement, 222 square yards of 4 concrete sidewalk, 628 square yards of aggregate base rock, 28000 square feet of seed and mulch within disturbed area, and 212 linear feet of vertical concrete curb and gutter (18 wide). Project includes installation of pavement marking, signage, water line extension, and other appurtenances. Project includes removal of existing improvements and necessary grading and site restoration. The bid shall be accompanied by a bid deposit (guaranty) for the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. The bid deposit may be in the form of a bid bond issued by an insurance company authorized to do business in the state of Missouri and with a financial strength rating of A with a financial size category of IX or better by A. M. Best, a certified check or a cashiers check drawn on a bank located in St. Charles County, the City of Saint Charles, St. Louis County, or the City of St. Louis. The successful bidder shall furnish a performance and payment bond for one hundred (100%) percent of the contract amount and shall provide certificates of insurance and insurance policy endorsement. Project work shall commence work within seven (7) calendar days after the date of written notice from the City to start work and shall complete all work within 90 calendar days after the expiration date of the seven (7) day period.
