Annual Crack Seal Project 2025. Question Deadline 05/22/2025 at 3:00 PM CT Any questions related to the IFB shall be submitted to Paul Feldmann, Purchasing Manager, at paul.feldmann@stcharlescitymo.gov. All work shall be completed prior to December 31, 2025. No liquidated damages for failing to meet this deadline, however Contractor will not be allowed to complete any work after December 31. The City of Saint Charles reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The City reserves the right to waive any variances from original bid specifications in cases where the variances are considered to be in the best interest of the City.
