Allegheny County Airport Authority Project Number 40g1-25 (General) Runway 10-28 Rehabilitation at Allegheny County Airport. The proposed project is the pavement rehabilitation of Runway 10-28. The pavement repairs will include partial and full depth patching, spall repairs, crack repairs, diamond, grinding, and joint seal replacement. Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages, as determined by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, must be paid on these projects. This project has DBE participation goals; DBE firms must be certified with the Pennsylvania Unified Certification Program) (PA UCP). Firms must be certified prior to award of contract. Work Area B includes all pavement repairs located within the limits of Taxiway C extending to the Runway 13-31 intersection and Work Area A includes all other pavement repairs.
