Renovation of a mixed-use development in North East, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Administrative Services Center - Boiler Replacement Project includes the Replacement of the existing HVAC system, which consists of 2 Cleaver Brooks oil-fired, fire tube, hot water boilers, approximately 55+ years old, and 2 air-cooled chillers, approximately 4 years old. The replacement will be 2 conventional/non-condensing dual-fuel Cleaver Brooks fire tube, hot water boilers. Also included is the installation of 3 replacement dual temp pumps that have been purchased by CCPS. As well as necessary upgrades to the Metasys DDC controls to accommodate the new equipment. In addition, a 5 percent Bid Bond, Anti-Bribery Affidavit, Certification Regarding Debarment, NonCollusion Affidavit, and Contractor's Qualification Statement (AIA Document A305) must accompany all bids. A 100 percent Performance and Payment Bond payable to the Owner and certification of appropriate insurance coverage will be required of the successful Bidder. ** bid date info : Should the Central office close due to an unexpected circumstance, the bid opening will be on the next scheduled business day for CCPS Offices, Friday June 5, 2025, 1:00 PM (ET), Local Time.
