Clarification Deadline 5/8/2025 4:00 PM Contact Information Lincoln Electric System Procurement Department procurement@les.com All questions must be submitted thru this online LES may, in its sole discretion, reject any or all bids, or waive minor defects, irregularities, or informalities therein. LES will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid best complies with the Contract Documents. Lincoln Electric System is requesting proposals to furnish fire extinguisher inspection, testing, and maintenance services on all LES fire extinguishers as per bid specifications included in this bid solicitation. Successful bidder will be required to complete (1) the LES Standard Services Contract; 2) furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show LES listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation.
