The San Joaquin County Department of Public Works (SJCDPW) requests technical proposals from qualified consulting firms to undertake, perform, and complete the tasks set forth in Request for Proposals - SJCDPW-RFP-25-02. The selected consulting firm (CONSULTANT) will perform professional and technical engineering services for the Airport Way Precise Plan (PLAN). The PLAN will focus on establishing the ultimate configuration of Airport Way between the City of Stockton limits at French Camp Road and the City of Manteca limits south at Roth Road that is necessary to serve future travel demands in south San Joaquin County. Alternatives considered by the PLAN will continue to facilitate industrial operations, including truck traffic, on and near the corridor and evaluate bicycle facilities for continuity with adjacent City planning. The requested services will include public outreach, existing conditions analysis, and proposing transportation alternatives.. CONSULTANT will be requested to enter into a Consultant Services Agreement with San Joaquin County (County). All work shall comply with San Joaquin County Policies.
