the Fire Suppression Improvements at State Aided Development: 45 Winter Street (667-4) in Franklin, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by SEAMAN ENGINEERING CORP.. The Project consists of but not limited to: A new water service connection to existing dry standpipe for conversion to wet standpipe. New floor control stations and drain for future sprinkler connection. New electric cabinet heaters in stairways. Associated power and fire alarm work. The work is estimated to cost $105,000.00. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 05/20/2025 at 2:00PM EDT for general bids. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive. General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates) and made payable to the FRANKLIN HOUSING AUTHORITY. Note: A bid deposit is not required for Projects advertised under $50,000.
