In accordance with MGL c. 30 section 39m, it is the intention of the Town of Franklin to retain the services of a construction firm for the purposes providing on-call stormwater, roadwork and general site work services within the Town of Franklin. Project: The work to be performed will include but not be limited to: stump removal, soil removal, soil relocation, grading, excavation, construction/repair of new and existing underground stormwater, wastewater, drinking water pipe and structures (manholes, valves, catch basins, etc.) at various locations within the Town of Franklin. Work may also include all necessary sawcutting, excavation, bypass pumping (if necessary) and repair to asphalt paving and berms, masonry and concrete, and other various labor tasks shall be provided when required. Work under this Contract shall be paid for at the contract unit bid prices, which shall constitute full compensation for all material, labor, equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily complete the work.
