Renovation of a military facility in Hays, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
All contractors bidding as the prime bidder on this project must be pre-qualified with Office of Facilities and Property Management to bid this project. Budget: $16,000,000 Scope of insurance and special hazards: The insurance provided under paragraph B above shall provide protection for the Contractor and his subcontractors against damage claims which may arise from operations under this Contract, whether such operations be by the insured or by anyone directly or indirectly employed by him, and also against any of the following special hazards which may be encountered in the performance of work under this Contract such as but not limited to: blasting, explosion, collapse, underground, rigging and hoisting, railroad protective, elevators and hoists.
