Location of Work: the Work is Located at Various Locations in South Ogden City Completion of Work: All Work Specified in the Contract Documents Shall Be Completed Prior to November 1, 2025. Question Deadline 05/16/2025 PROJECT ADMINISTRATION: All questions concerning this project shall be directed to the Project Engineer. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Bid Security: Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond in the Amount of Five Percent of the Total Bid Price, Made Payable to South Ogden City Corporation as a Guarantee That the Bidder, if His Bid is Accepted, Will Secure Insurance, Performance, and Payment Bonds, and Promptly Execute the Contract.
