** As of July 18, 2025, project was awarded to Millenium Century Contracting, with an awarded amount of $247,476 ** Bids will be for the furnishing of all labor and materials, including all equipment required, as detailed in the technical specifications, construction drawings, and summary of work contained herein. Any changes to the specifications or summary of work or clarifications to the bidding documents will be made in the form of an Addendum hereto and will be supplied to all known prospective bidders and posted on the city's website. Notwithstanding the foregoing, bidders will be responsible for ensuring that they have all Addenda. Each bid must be made on the forms provided. The City of Boiling Spring Lakes will not be responsible for the failure of any mail or delivery service to deliver a bid by the date and time stated below, incomplete bids, or bids not submitted at the correct location or in the designated manner will not be accepted. individual inspection of the proposed construction site at the old Police department building may be allowed only by approval of the City of Boiling Spring Lakes.
