This RFP is being issued to identify providers(s)/vendor(s) for Audio Visual related equipment purchases. Ferris State University is soliciting proposals with pricing details (please use consortium prices, if you are part of them) on the equipment list included in the RFP documents. This will help Ferris to validate and identify vendor(s) for A/V equipment purchases. Bid Term or Length 3 to 5 Years Question Deadline 05/21/2025 Please reference the equipment list attached. Ferris State wishes to receive and understand audio/visual equipment options and to compare pricing and services. o This list is not inclusive of all items we may order, nor does it represent an order already in place. These are typical items that are purchased for the University. Typical annual spend is approximately $250,000 to $500,000 on these types of assets. The University reserves the right to purchase similar assets from other sources as the University deems necessary. o Please include any net terms, shipping terms/fees, purchasing consortium details, or credit card purchasing details/fees that may require or extend alignment with this request. o Include Higher-Ed agreements where applicable, e.g., Epson Brighter Futures & Extron Higher Ed, etc. o Provide warranty and support details per category of equipment. o While Ferris performs installations in-house we do at times subcontract installation items. Vendor hourly rates are requested to assess viable providers where and when applicable. o Projects with installation services will be confirmed in appropriate scope and authorization processes. o In the proposal, all firms are encouraged to include specific information related to support and service that distinguishes firm. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
